Movie Review – Grease – A Show That Deserves a Place in History – Amid Other Timeless Musicals

The acting and the plot may seem staged. Most musicals are a bit that way. But we love them just the same – those of us who appreciate talent and creativity.

Those who were teens in the 1970’s or 1950’s will obviously appreciate this movie, but I believe it should go down in history, viewed as a classic by all ages.

Great music and super-talented dancers – especially in the Greased Lightning scene – wow us with acrobatic moves that are totally amazing – and I don’t use those terms as lightly as many do these days.

If you watched this show in the seventies, see it again. If you didn’t see it then, see it now. A fun flashback filled with dazzling dancers, cool clothes, and tremendously talented performers.
